The August Communion Offering on Sunday, August 3 will go to support Dayspring Ministries, which is "walking hand in hand with the people of the Light and Peace Missions in Haiti." The Light and Peace Missions in Haiti is a Christian ministry that oversees a school, an orphanage, a health clinic, a food program, a container ministry, and more. This is the mission that the St. Paul's youth and adults worked through on their mission trip to Haiti on May 23-28.
If you would like to support this ministry with a financial gift, please use your communion offering envelope in your envelope box. Place your envelope in the regular offering on any Sunday in this month or mail to St. Paul's UMC 80 Embury Ave. Ocean Grove, NJ 07756. If you write a check, please write it out to St. Paul's UMC with Dayspring Ministries on the memo line.
