Empowering Leadership - our leaders will empower members for ministry. They will encourage, equip, support, and mentor. Members will in turn support, empower, and encourage their leaders to lead.
Risk-taking - Trusting God and willing to try new things to achieve God’s purpose
Generosity - sharing what we have in an increasing way with others utilizing our time, talents, finances.
Servant’s heart - identifying needs and seeking to meet the needs of those inside the fellowship as well as those in the community; homelessness, hungry, oppressed.
Teamwork - we can accomplish more for God together than separately.
Humor - we do not take ourselves too seriously; laughing is good.
